Founded by Beecher Frasier, Greg Hinote, and Sam Reed in 2018, we have decades of experience managing high-profile projects. We specialize in helping our clients put the pieces together when facing unique situations. Our Projects

New Titans Stadium

In 2023, our team worked with Metro to help reach a deal to approve the new Titans stadium slated for the East Bank.

Oracle to Nashville

In 2021, our team worked with Metro to secure approval for the Oracle economic development deal in an unanimous 40-0 Council vote.

Bridgestone Arena Lease Extension

In 2019, our team helped the Nashville Predators reach a deal with the city to extend the team’s lease at Bridgestone Arena through 2049.

River North

In 2021, Jigsaw played an integral role in securing Metro approval for a funding plan to support infrastructure around the River North Development, providing a major boost for the East Bank redevelopment.

Downtown Quality of Life

As Nashville continues to grow rapidly, our team has fought to preserve quality of life for Downtown residents and business owners by pushing for transportainment regulations, expansion of micromobility, sidewalk vendor regulations, and enforcement of noise ordinances.
